Committed to Setting the Captives Free, in the Fear of the Lord! (Luke 4:18, Is 49:8,9, Is 11:2)
Restoration of Wholeness
Colossians 1:27 To them God willed to make known what are the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles: which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.
The Anointing in you is your earnest expectation of Glory, Glory can be seen, it is manifested promises.
Every move of God is a move of the Spirit of God and the Anointing of God, The Anointing is available to bring back wholeness.
What is the Anointing?
Isaiah 10:27 It shall come to pass in that day
That his burden will be taken away from your shoulder, And his yoke from your neck, And the yoke will be destroyed because of the anointing oil.
The Anointing, is yoke (yokes are the burdens and stresses in our lives that keep us bound) destroying, burden removing power of God. The Father has a dream of seeing wholeness restored to the body of Christ.
So it is not about you or I anymore, it is about the Father fulfilling his dream.
He created the garden and said it is good, He hung little stars in the sky, because he said they will like that.
God was going to so much trouble and was doing all this to such a point, that the angels had to ask, what is man, that you are so mindful of him?
What is this man that you crown him with glory and honour? God was fulfilling a dream.
Then the dream was interrupted, all that God had given to man, the earth and the fullness thereof, was suddenly in suspension, His glory and his presence was taken away.
When Adam received an alien spirit into his life and became dependent on his own skills and abilities when he left the garden. (Gen 3).
The fathers dream is to restore it, so for us to receive our inheritance is literally fulfilling his dream.
When Christ died and rose again He made it possible for the Fathers dream to continue.
Now through Him, sons and daughters of men can become sons and daughters of God, God's original dream.
God is concerned about wholeness. The anointing is available to remove every burden and destroy every yoke, not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit says the Lord. There is a connection between the anointing and restoration.
1 Samuel 10:1 Then Samuel took a flask of oil and poured it on his head, and kissed him and said: "Is it not because the LORD has anointed you commander over His inheritance?
Here is dominion, the first thing the Anointing will do
1. Make you captain over your inheritance, give you dominion over what is yours
1 Samuel 10:2 When you have departed from me today, you will find two men by Rachel's tomb in the territory of Benjamin at Zelzah; and they will say to you
"The donkeys which you went to look for have been found. And now your father has ceased caring about the donkeys and is worrying about you, saying, "What shall I do about my son?" '
2. Restoration, whatever is missing in your life, is going to be restored.
1 Samuel 10:3 "Then you shall go on forward from there and come (supernatural progress) to the terebinth tree of Tabor.
There three men going up to God at Bethel will meet you, one carrying three young goats, another carrying three loaves of bread (favour), and another carrying a skin of wine.
3. Supernatural progress, people say how are you making such progress? Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, the Anointing
1 Samuel 10:4 And they will greet you and give you two loaves of bread, which you shall receive from their hands.
4. An explosion of favour
1 Samuel 10:5 After that you shall come to the hill of God where the Philistine garrison is. And it will happen, when you have come there to the city, that you will meet a group of prophets coming down from the high place with a stringed instrument, a tambourine, a flute, and a harp before them; and they will be prophesying.
1 Samuel 10:6 Then the Spirit of the LORD will come upon you, and you will prophesy with them and be turned into another man.
5. Turned into another man, a change of status, people will say how did this happen?
1 Samuel 10:7 And let it be, when these signs come to you, that you do as the occasion demands; for God is with you.
When restoration has begun, peace comes shalom (nothing missing, nothing broken in your life), not the peace of the world but the peace of Christ. (John 14:27)
Genesis 15:14 And also the nation whom they serve I will judge; afterward they shall come out with great possessions.
Genesis 15:15 Now as for you, you shall go to your fathers in peace; you shall be buried at a good old age.
Psalms 105:37 He also brought them out with silver and gold, And there was none feeble among His tribes.
John 14:27 Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.
God is not coming back for a broke church with no peace.
Peace - shalom, wholeness, prosperity, health, nothing broken, nothing lacking
Isaiah 54:10 For the mountains shall depart
And the hills be removed,
But My kindness shall not depart from you,
Nor shall My covenant of peace be removed,"
Says the LORD, who has mercy on you.
Restoration of a covenant of peace
Jer 33:10 For I will restore the fortunes of the land as they were before,?f says the Lord.
One day, whilst in the process of moving house, I was packing the important things that I had treasured from my childhood and youth.
I had not stored them very well and several of the items were showing serious signs of aging and wear and tear.
I had moved on from the memories that accompanied these things and had left them in a box without a cover.
I took out a piece from the box which had rusted and chipped edges, and realized that our lives are similar in that often we have weathered years of challenges that leave our bodies, souls and spirits in need of restoration like those old memories of the past.
If you can relate to this, know that you don't have to go another day feeling this way. You can have freedom from any emotion, memory or situation you are currently experiencing. God has the power to heal every area of your life.
He is the God of restoration.
The Bible tells us that Jesus guides us through the storms of life. When we rest in His care, He restores.
Psalm 23:2, 3 says, " He leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul." By the blood of Jesus, which was shed for our sins, we have the right to be restored in our spirits, souls and bodies.
Living with painful memories from the past, physical illness or a torn relationship between family and friends, all these things concern the Lord because they concern us.
Living the abundant life God promised does not entail suffering without relief or being fearful because of past mistakes.
Casting your cares on the Lord is one of the most important steps to restoration. When you cast your cares on Him, His power, which is His love, gives you freedom from having to concern yourself with that issue in the future.
This means from that moment on, don't carry anything into your new future other than the lessons you learned and the testimonies which God gives you, where your deliverance is concerned.
Then your testimony becomes as Paul testified
Phil 3:13 Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before.
It doesn't matter whether you were hurt by someone else or your wounds were self–inflicted; you don't have to be a victim. God is a Healer.
He wants you to be free from any memory or emotion that disrupts your relationship with Him.
Seek truth from His Word about what you are going through. Meditate on the Scriptures get the beginning (Prov 9:10, Prov 4:7 amp) and He will give you the rest. (Heb 4:10)
Often times we rely on others to validate and complete us in areas where we feel insecure, we are quick to reach for the phone, instead of coming boldly before the throne (Heb 4:16).
Why place the burden to heal in the hands of men or women? There is only one person who can heal, God.
He created us and knows what is necessary to bring us back to a place of wholeness and well–being.
Is there anything in your life that needs to be restored? It may be your health, your mental condition, your emotions or your finances.
Regardless of the issue, you can be like the antique or the treasured memory recovered from a storage box, remnants of hurt and pain can be erased and your value restored.
Give your cares, worries and pain completely to God. He is faithful to heal you and make you whole. (Luke 17:19 'thy faith has made you whole)
